Greg went out of his way to impress me! Courteous and attentive, followed up to check if the vehicle has been fixed to my satisfaction. Not only that my MDX has been fixed, but I got the update calls throughout the difficult time period, when you rent a truck and are not certain what the future holds. We worked with Tom Strace for lease quotes and I must say was very professional, patient, and not pushy whatsoever. We really appreciate him taking his time out to help us out. Super friendly, and a genuinely nice guy. They're lucky to have him there.

Seriously - my experience was as good as it gets! Starting from purchasing my vehicle to addressing a small scratch I noticed on my door. Victor is the best car sale man I have come across! He is a perfect combination of old school customer service, patience, cheesiness and professionalism! He has all the paper work prepared ahead of time, everything marked and explained. He took his time clarifying everything and setting up my car. He even went along with my husband's super sarcastic comments! The nicest person you will meet, who really seems to enjoy his job which also shows in his interaction with his customers. I would say you have not experienced a great customer services until you deal with Victor and Acura of Troy!

I asked for some parts and their prices and the person was not helpful. Again, except the part department the dealership is a good place to visit for car service.

Great staff very professional and polite and they work with you to get the exact vehicle you are looking for they sure know how to treat there customers always with a smile on there face. I been bring my 2005 Acura Tsx for several months now to get a tuneup and Boy they do an amazing job i am very please with the srevives. Bought MDX from David Elledge who was great. Since I live in Ohio it was not easy to stop by and test drive vehicle. I knew what car I wanted and it was important for me to make deal over the phone before I make 3.5h trip to dealership. Talked to several dealers and David was only one who listened and understood my situation. We made deal quickly and everything was as promised. For sure I will make more trips in future and get more cars from him.

Not only is this a great dealership from which to buy or lease a car, but the service they provide afterwards is EXCELLENT! No worries - they are honest and do not tell you that you need things fixed that are not broken! This is especially important to me as an older female. A lot of auto shops try to take advantage of me because of my sex and obvious ignorance of car mechanics. The Acura maintenance people have always treated me fairly and with respect, and they make sure my TL is in top working condition.
I saw a vehicle online that I had inquired about via email (it was Sunday and they were closed, plus I live 4 hrs. away). I observed their hours for the following week and new that they opened at 8:30 Monday. I figured I might get a call back later that day, or maybe Tuesday? Low and behold my phone rang at 8:35 on Monday morning, all of my questions were answered promptly by the salesman Victor (who I highly recommend)! I was able to "reserve" the vehicle for 24hrs. which gave me enough time to get their and check the vehicle out in person. I ended up trading a vehicle in (which they gave me a very fair price for), the whole process was completed in a day. I left their with a big smile on my face, couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!
